Our company is based on the belief that our hard work and efforts will help to produce positve entertainment and build a strong following for people who love the arts.
In the past we have performed the inspirational drama ‘Revelations’ written by Vanessa Burgess in theaters such as the Durham Arts Council and the Carolina Theater in Durham, North Carolina. Revelations was also performed in Gillies Dinner Theater downtown Raleigh, NC. These were all successful shows. This production was both professionally performed and well received. Many audience members expressed positive responses at the end of the evenings. AEoYEhas received citations from leaders such as the Mayor of Durham, NC; President and Dean of Shaw University Divinity School, Raleigh, NC. The gospel play ‘In the Midst of It All’ also written by Vanessa Burgess was performed in Roxboro, NC in January 2002. The stage drama ‘Strong Woman’ was performed at the Edna Boykin Cultural Center in Wilson, NC in April 2006. It was also performed on the campus of St. Augustine’s College, Raleigh, NC in June 2006. The stage drama, ‘These Four Walls’ performed by youth of the SouthEastern community of Raleigh, was written by Ms. Burgess along with her cast of youths and teenagers in 2006. Look for us because we're coming out with more new and innovated projects; such as 'Hurt People, HURT PEOPLE' our newest stageplay for 2011.
